2. Seymour and Elaine. Both helped my mum with attentive care and attention. So caring, helpful and friendly. There was a sense of putting my mum first. They displayed so much patience and initiative (using wheelchair to bring my mum to the door as she didn’t have her frame). How kind was that? Both their customer service was professional, responsive and to a stellar standard

5. I am very happy with Christian who has taken me already 2 times to Finchley hospital, he is very caring young gentleman who always helps me with my bags and when I’m feeling weak will always rush to bring me his wheelchair.

26. I’ve had a number of drivers over the last month or so and they have ALL been so kind, considerate and helpful. Cheerful and chatty when appropriate and leaving me be when they could sense I needed that too. I so far couldn’t single anyone out.

2. They should be managers training others or new starters on how to deliver delicate and thoughtful customer service. I hope to get them both again when taking my mum to the hospital. What a safe and comforting experience. They obliterated any worries I had and replaced it with trust, level headedness and kindness. They have represented themselves and employers marvellously.
