2. Footplate at side entry to minibus not functioning. This is a falls risk & requires mending & not fot for purpose. Yj14 hfd
3. Chris picked up my husband for his appointment today and as in the past he provided a courteous and helpful service. I do not know how Hatt manages to recruit such excellent drivers, but they are the most friendly and professional staff.

5. My driver Hamza was very polite, proper down to earth guy made me feel at ease and got me home safely. Very professional and a credit to the nhs.
